We’re thrilled to congratulate Trudy Priest from Westpac on achieving certification as a TRACOM Adaptive Mindset for Resilience® Instructor.
This globally recognised qualification in social intelligence is a powerful complement to Trudy’s existing credentials in SOCIAL STYLE® and Versatility. Together, these certifications make her a dual force in building resilient, adaptable and socially intelligent sales teams at Westpac.
As always, it was a pleasure reconnecting with one of my GE alumni. Trudy, you were brilliant then, and it’s no surprise you’re still leading with flair and impact today.
For the curious: the photo above shows Trudy gamely pretending to enjoy instructor certification. Like all good Type II fun, it’s deeply rewarding when complete, but definitely a challenge while you’re in it!
